Description

Our client is a major name in Saudi Arabia's banking and business world. It has grown from a strong base, focusing on serving the needs of the nation and its citizens, contributing to the Kingdom's construction and development, and always operating within the framework of Shariah principles.

The Bank has the largest branch network distributed throughout the Kingdom, the largest ATM network and over 8000 POS installed with merchants all over the Kingdom.

PURPOSE STATEMENT:

Responsible for creation and developing a Training culture within the Bank through identifying training needs, planning, developing and conducting training programs through use of internal and external trainers in all areas including banking and any other soft skills. Additionally, this position will be responsible for identifying and developing a talent pool for the organisation that will create the necessary bench-strength for the future.

JOB TITLE : Training Manager
REPORTS TO : Head of Human Resources
FUNCTION : Training Management across the Bank

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
? Assessment of training needs, research on suitable providers, negotiate service agreements, manage the budget and effectively promote courses ensuring attendance by the target audience.
? Design, develop and conduct customised training programs on banking products and soft skills.
? Design and administer employee induction and development programs.
? Responsible for creation of an internal training culture by conducting ?Train the Trainer? workshops for continuous learning.
? Identify and develop a talent inventory within the bank through the use of appropriate tools.
? Participate in the personal development of staff as coach / mentor / trainer.
? Responsible for devloping programs for communication of corporate purpose and values within the organisation and ensuring people live them in their day to day work.
? Responsible for preparing, maintaining and monitoring the Training budget/ MIS.
? Development of systems to assess the effectiveness of training and also investigate and recommend solutions to improve the process for analyzing training needs.
? Contribute and assist the HR team in other HR projects wherever appropriate.
? Monitor trends in training industry and explore use of innovative training methods within the Bank such as E-Learning, etc, where appropriate Relationships

A) Knowledge, Skills & Experience
? Master?s Degree in Business Administration.
? Excellent communication skills (spoken and written ? English)
? Certified Trainer

B) Key Success Factors

? Self starter and easily adaptable to various demands in a new environment.
? 5 ? 7 experience as Trainer in Multinational enviornment in the area of banking and soft Skills.
? Experience in the use of databases, Microsoft Office software and experience in the use of new training methodologies such as E-Learning, etc
? Effective time management and project management skills

C) Working relationships

i) Training centres and institutes.
ii) Institutes for certifications.

Compensation Package

Salary: Negotiable

Other Benefits: Medical Insurance for employee and dependents, paid vacation with return air tickets ( as per Bank?s policy ) for self, spouse and two minor children. Plus other benefits as per Banks policies.
