Manage assigned risk assets portfolio in line with institutional standards of quality and profitability. ? Book new business and relationships for the bank and penetrate existing relationships while managing the risk parameters. ? Deliver the full range of the banks products to the corporate market place with a high degree of confidence ? Prepare and execute multi-products to the corporate market place with a high degree of confidence. ? Prepare and execute a call program designed to evaluate risk, assess opportunities, and maximize potential to cross sell products ? Continually assess business, financial and economic risks, assess opportunities, and maximize potential to cross sell products ? Make joint and/or independent calls on assigned names ? Prepare and / or update assigned industry studies ? Monitor the assigned loan portfolio and ensure its quality compatible with country environment and profitability objectives ? Co-ordinate, where appropriate, the development of remedial action plans necessary to minimize potential losses ? Maximize line utilization and profitability of the assigned portfolio while managing the risks within institutional standards ? Book new relationships for the bank in line with risk/reward parameters ? Assess credit risk of proposals and ensure the credit and processes are within acceptable standards ? Coach, train and provide guidance to junior officers
Required Skills
Minimum Requirements ? Bachelor degree in Commerce / Banking preferably with an MBA ( Finance & Marketing), Computer literate. ? 5-7 years experience in selling banking / financial products to the corporate. Must be proactive and possess excellent communication skills. ? Good Knowledge of written and spoken English and Arabic ? Experience in Dubai will be preferred..
