• 2+ years experience in managing testing teams • 5+ years experience in testing web-based enterprise applications. • Minimum educational qualification is BSCS or equivalent from a reputable university • Good hands on experience of Win Runner, Load Runner, or any other automated testing tool • Should have a strong hold on test process and implementation • Proven experience of improvements in proficiency and efficiency of QA engineers through vision and objective setting, and hands-on mentoring, including technical areas. • Experience in healthcare projects will be a big plus • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Good team player | |
