Job description: • Provide tier 1 support to our healthcare clients in the U.S. by providing them best practices and alternate workflows while using the CureMD Practice Management and EHR software • Assist the development team in understanding client requirements • Review requirements document. • Assist the project management group in prioritizing product enhancements by providing critical customer feedback | |
Required Skills | |
• 1+ years experience in similar position in an IT company. • BS or equivalent from a reputable university • Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare practice, including Scheduling, Electronic Health Records, Medical Billing, and HIPAA standards • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English • Excellent interpersonal skills • Proven ability to work successfully in a global team environment is critical | |
