Customer Support Exucutive

Description

Responsibilities of the Customer Support Executive would be: ?Providing technical support to WOL on-line users by handling technical queries related to Internet browsing, e-mail settings, configurations, windows errors and setting, different browsers, software etc. ?Reviewing customer issues with seniors in order to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.

Required Skills

1. Sound knowledge of troubleshooting.
2. Good in communications
3. Strong oral presentation and interpersonal skills.
4. Willing to work in shifts.
