| Job Description for Business Analyst (BPR) • To analyze the systems and processes operational at various departments and locations of OCS to identify the opportunities for improvement in customer satisfaction, cost, efficiency and flexibility • Document the business procedures with identification of bottlenecks, inefficiencies and opportunities for automation, need for staff training, workforce rightsizing, radical and marginal improvements • To set performance benchmarks for critical business processes and devise a system for monitoring and communication of these scores • To propose change plans identifying changes to the organization, processes and with proper cost benefit analysis that can address the gaps identified in above examination • To implement the change plans as approved by management in order to implement the new or re-engineered business process | |
