The Project Manager is required to perform multiple functions such as interior design and space planning in co-ordination with Architect, appointment of contractor/subcontractors, controlling of construction programs and budgets by integrating and coordinating the various activities through every phase of the project. | |

To provide a collaborative teaming approach combined with strong support and guidance to our client's office facility needs. Project Management is best described as the “Planning, Scheduling, Control and Co-ordination of project activities to achieve specific facility development goals & objectives”. The following presents a generalized description of the project management process followed by the description of the various stages: Broadly as Project Managers for the new office facility , it will be responsible for the following activities: • Project Time Programming – Preparation of initial Project Schedule and ongoing tracking. • Pre Construction Value Engineering – Act as our representatives to provide value-engineering inputs for all design schemes and services (HVAC, Electrical, Building Automation etc.) design to ensure that our client achieves cost optimal and need driven solutions. • Project Administration and Coordination – Act as primary body to ensure efficient site administration, contract management and over all co-ordination during construction and interior fit-out. • Construction Economics & Financial Management – Full accounting control procedures to ensure cash flow tracking and tracking of change orders or any other escalating effect. • Contract Management – Retention and Defects Liability Period Management • Development Consultancy – To provide coordination with the architect and building contractor for simultaneous fit-out work along with finishing of civil works in the new building e.g. Electrical, AC and other services, before the formal handover of the premises by the civil contractor. This would also include monitoring the project progress during building construction phase by conducting daily site inspections. | |
