| The client is a German MNC which is one of the biggest direct salescompanies in the world with sales of more than 5 billion euros and 37000 employees worldwide. The company sells directly to a large number of customers who number to more than 1.5 million. The product range consists of automotive trades, cargo trades, woodcrafts, metalcrafts etc. In Asia they concentrate only on automotive trades and the product range consists of bodyworks, brakes, car care, electrical, engine, exhaust, tyre maintenance, brake fluid, brake pads, motor oil, contact lubricants, adhesives etc. The focus area is the end user/ retail segment of the automotive after market business. We are looking for a person who will head the respective co's as MD based in Karachi - the person will need to be like an enterpriser as they shall be setting up a business from scratch - should have very strong sales expereince especially selling to Garage owners both small and large co's owned service garages, direct selling experience will help especially someone who is selling to such garages things like car batteries, lubricants, sealants for Windows, under body rust protection chemicals etc. someone who can build a team under him over time but currently will act alone and be the first sales person for the co., Will be responsible for complete responsibility of sales and profits. Ideal Age profile : 30 to 35 years. Compensation will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate. | |
