Sr. Software Analyst

| This is a senior software analyst position to work with our sales, marketing, and technical support teams and help improve our product's marketability and effectiveness. You will be required to talk to customers in US, Canada, and Europe on the phone. You might also be required to travel abroad and attend tradeshows. This is a challenging position and will require you to work closely with senior management. You must be a senior and outspoken personality with stronng persuation skills. Excellent compensation offered! Responsibilites include: - Strategize with sales & marketing teams to improve product effectiveness - Give online product demos to customers in US, Canada, and Europe - Talk to customers and explain product features & benefits - Help resolve customer's technical problems in pre-sales - Work with sales team to create product demos and presentations - Work with marketing team to create white papers, articles, brochures, architectural diagrams, etc. - Work with support team to create sample programs for customers - Conduct research for new product features and technology trends - Analyze competition's products in comparison to our products | |
