| Provides scopes, test plan, and test cases to the Manager. Presents the test plans and test cases. Ensure that the development process is being followed and identify areas of risk to the business. Ensure usability and customer experience is covered in all test Cases and test plans. Gather enhancement's and bring them to marketings attention for Future projects. Identify production and verify customer issues in a timely manner Provide post launch recommendations for all projects. Able to justify the business reasons for each change or the business Impact for each defect found. | |
