| Link360 is seeking an experienced Java Developer for a high profile government project. Developer will consult with clients and other project team members to design, build and manage front-end web based applications. Develops installation programs for websites. Has knowledge of a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field (i.e., Java, J2EE, SQL, C++, HTML, CGI). Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Will create web pages that are customized to the end user based on the requirements documentation collected during the beginning of the Systems Development Life Cycle. May lead and direct the work of others. | |

| Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems or other related field. Java Certified J2EE Certified Leadership experience designing compelling user interfaces. Understands the strengths and limitations of browser-based UIs. Minimum of five (3) years of Java with extensive knowledge of performance-tuning and object-oriented design patterns. Advanced Java Applets programming skills. Deep Web site development skills using HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CGI, Perl, and Java. Advanced object-oriented design (OOD) experience. Experience establishing an enterprise framework for all phases of software development: requirements, design, development, testing, and delivery. Articulates ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience. Is team-oriented and works collaboratively to achieve team goals. Proficient developing commercial quality content and combining images with sound, video, text, and special effects with multimedia software such as RealVideo, PowerPoint, Director, and Flash.
