Description

Responsibilities
•The incumbent should have sound knowledge of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment and clear understanding of applicable standards.
•Responsible for customization and implementation of QHSE Systems at Head Office and Project Sites.
•Responsible for implementation of international standards, market best practices and QHSE Policies.
•Ensures that the necessary QHSE resources are planned and are made available to all project sites.
•Plans and conduct Integrated Management System awareness programs for the head office and Projects staff.
•Ensures development of site-specific HSE Plans and PQP.
•Responsible for HSE Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment
•Collects inputs regarding QHSE requirements to be included in the technical evaluation criteria for subcontractors / suppliers.
•Demonstrate high degree of presentation and leadership skills in motivating and training manpower to attain desired level of skill.
•Develop QHSE training material for head office / project management core team, first line supervisors, and workers.
•Responsible for the effective Implementation of Integrated Management System in the BA.
•Takes ownership of company’s QHSE Policy and core & operating values and ensures their implementation.

Required Skills

Qualification and Experience:
•Batchelor of Engineering. At least 10 years experience in industry, out of which 5+ years on a leading position in an EPC/Engineering company.
•Trained internal auditor and risk assessor. Ability to persuade and influence.
•Proven knowledge of international QHSE standards, both for process and product, for various industrial sectors.
•Should possess ability to develop QHSE manual at establishment level and Project Quality Plan at project level.
•Must be self motivated with ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
•Good planning and organization skills.
