| Chief of Party (Business Development) – Pakistan ACDI/VOCA, a dynamic international development consulting firm dedicated to empowering people around the world, seeks an experienced Chief of Party for a multi-year ADB-funded project in Pakistan. Position is contingent upon receipt of project funding. The Chief of Party will be responsible for overall planning and management of project activities towards the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) primarily in the agricultural sectors. The primary objective is to increase the production and sales within agricultural SMEs. Responsibilities include: expanding access to micro and SME credit, improving business and technical skills, increasing rural sector competitiveness, improving the use of production inputs, implementing targeted economic reforms. QUALIFICATIONS Candidate will have at least ten years of experience in developing countries, preferably in Pakistan. Candidate must have prior experience with and knowledge of ADB rules and regulations. Candidate will have prior long term consulting/project management experience.
