| • Directs, plans, controls, and evaluates the activities of the internal auditing department. • Develops and implements company’s policies and procedures related to internal audit activities. • Actively monitors major projects and activities. • Responsible for resource allocation, including budget and personnel. • Reports to the Board of Directors or Company Secretary. • Experienced in professional accounting • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within establishment. • To ensure adherence to accounting systems, rules, principles and practices • Auditing inventory, records and various other documents monthly, quarterly and annual basis. • Report through suggestions and advices to improve and regularize accounting practices and streamline operations in general. | |
