| Assistant Accountant (Job Ref.: UAE/15/001) No of positions: 03 Location: Dubai Job Type: Permanent Male/ Female (between 25- 40) The Company: - This growing banking group has been a pioneer in electronic banking and trading of innovative products and procedures. - The Dubai city office requires an Assistant Accountant to assist various areas of financial control & treasury with business growth. The Role: - As the Assistant Accountant you will be required to provide management reports to head office, prepare daily liquidity and gap analysis reports and assist with the calculation of the fixed assets. - Knowledge of treasury dealing and processing will ensure you are capable of producing daily treasury reports, managing trades, checking bank confirmations and preparing SWIFT and interbank transfers. - You will also be involved in several ad hoc duties and assist other finance staff with reconciliations and management reporting. | |

| The Candidate: - You will be degree qualified in accountancy or studying towards a professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA). - Previous experience working in a banking environment, working knowledge of Treasury products (bonds, securities, FX) and strong IT skills is essential. - A committed, adaptable and intuitive individual with a willingness to learn and who will thrive in this small, intimate team environment.
